If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Niche Uniform purchase, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided ALL items still have their original tags attached to them. 

Our returns policy is outlined below:

We offer free returns within the UK. Customers returning outside of the UK will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

All returns should be in 'as new condition' both unwashed and unworn and, crucially, with the item(s) tags still attached.

All items are subject to inspection.

Once your items are received at our warehouse it can take up to 25 working days to process refunds. Funds will be credited back to the original method of payment and can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.

Exchanges will be processed in 3 – 5 days. Should the item you want no longer be in stock you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Service team.

We know how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. We currently use Royal Mail for our UK shipping.
